Well, that's one day in a row... stock market "up" that is.
Now we just need about 22 more days like this to get us (and my little accounts) back on track to where they were before this sub-prime bailout bull-crap.
400 points up... 300 points down... 150 points up... 250 points down... WOW, these swings in the market are killers if your accounts are caught on the wrong side of the swing.
I think I'll park on the sidelines for a few more days (maybe weeks) till Bernanke and friends get this smoothed out a bit...
OR... till after Sen. Obama gets elected and the whole thing "tanks" from his proposed spend, spend, spend welfare policies.

I guess I'll just walk around "girding my loins" if Obama & Biden get elected... I hope "girding" doesn't hurt much.
If there is going to be a "guaranteed" (per Biden) critical, foreign-generated crisis to test the next president in the first six months...
I think I would rather take my chances with Sen. McCain's military and management experience.

WOW... this guy (Andrew Lahde) from Los Angeles has laid all his cards out on the table and is calling a spade a spade!
This guy made millions of dollars in his own hedge fund by betting against the sub-prime home loan business... and POOF... when the housing bubble popped, his bets paid off big time.
In an outgoing retirement letter to his hedge fund clients, Lahde "thanked" all the little folks (the super-educated, spoiled, yuppie, rich guys) who covered his hedged housing bubble bets (and lost their money).
He said he always hated the stock market business and was only in it for the money...
at least he is finally "honest" about it.
Andrew Lahde, retired stock market millionaire...
you just don't know whether you'd like to pat him on the back...
or kick him in the ass!
